Listing Optimizer illustration

Most authors write their listing once and never touch it again

Your product description is the single most important factor in converting a browser into a buyer. But without data, you're guessing. You don't know what keywords your competitors are using, what your listing is missing, or whether your description is even being read. The Listing Optimizer changes that.

How it works

Step 1

Import your listing

We pull your title, description, and keywords directly from Amazon using your ASIN.

Step 2

Auto-discover competitors

We find the top-ranking books for your tracked keywords and analyze their listings.

Step 3

Get your score

See a 0-100 relevancy score comparing your listing's keywords and content to top competitors.

Step 4

Optimize with AI

Get AI-generated title, description, and keyword rewrites tailored to your competition.

Data-driven optimization, not guesswork

Relevancy score (0-100)

A weighted score combining keyword coverage (30%), semantic similarity (50%), and KDP best practices (20%) — compared against your actual competitors.

Keyword gap analysis

See which keywords your competitors use that you're missing. Color-coded frequency comparison shows exactly where you're underperforming.

Auto competitor discovery

Competitors are automatically pulled from your tracked keyword SERP data. No manual searching — we find who's outranking you.

Claude generates 2 optimized variations of your title, description, or keywords — each with reasoning for what changed and why.

Category suggestions

AI recommends the best categories from 5,264+ Amazon browse paths based on your book's content and genre.

Real-time feedback

Keyword frequency counts update as you edit. See instantly how changes affect your coverage vs competitors.

KDP-native structure

Built around KDP's actual structure: 7 backend keyword fields (50 chars each), 3 categories, and 4,000-char description limit.

Semantic analysis

Goes beyond keyword counting — uses AI embeddings to measure how topically similar your listing is to the competitive landscape.

Best practices scoring

Checks title length, description length, keyword usage, and other KDP optimization signals. Tells you what's missing.

Frequently asked questions

How is the relevancy score calculated?

We use a proprietary algorithm that analyzes your listing against top competitors across multiple dimensions — keyword coverage, topic relevance, and KDP best practices. A score above 70 is strong.

Where do the competitors come from?

If you use the Keyword Tracker, competitors are automatically discovered from your tracked keyword search results. You can also manually add competitors by ASIN.

Will this edit my live Amazon listing?

No. The optimizer works on a local copy of your listing. You edit and preview changes in Scrivy, then manually apply them in your KDP dashboard when you're ready.

How are the AI rewrites generated?

We use state-of-the-art AI to generate optimized variations of your title, description, and keywords. The AI considers your missing competitor keywords, KDP constraints, and best practices.
